THE FIRST-EVER BATISTE RUN CLUB EVENT IN ANTWERP

Energy, movement and connection - those were the pillars of the very first Batiste Run Club Event, which we proudly brought to life from start to finish. As a brand built around confidence on the go, Batiste fits perfectly within an active lifestyle where feeling good is key. With this event, we wanted to make that philosophy truly tangible for a group of inspiring women: running together, experiencing together and above all enjoying the moment together. The result? A vibrant morning filled with community vibes, a delicious brunch by FUEL and unforgettable memories.

Where movement meets community

The location provided the ideal backdrop for a fresh, motivating start of the day. Influencers, creators and sporty personalities gathered at FUEL Antwerp to take part in the first-ever Batiste Run Club, guided by our always cheerful @janssenscharlotte. She really elevated the morning with her enthusiasm, humor and drive. FUEL added an extra touch of energy to the experience by creating two protein-packed smoothies inspired by Batiste’s bestselling dry shampoos Original and Blush: the vibrant Coco Green Smoothie and the refreshing Coconut Berry Glow. Guests could also pimp their own avocado toast with delicious toppings and enjoy a sweet treat to finish: FUEL’s signature matcha fuel dates.
To celebrate the Amigo collection, we hosted a delightful event that brought together 15 influencers and their furry companions for an afternoon of fun, bonding and relaxation. Set in a serene and welcoming location, the event was designed to highlight the beauty and practicality of the Amigo collection while offering guests and their pets a unique experience. HOW WE MADE IT HAPPEN

Organizing an event rooted in energy, community and live experience? That’s exactly what we love. From the first creative idea to the final cooldown, we handled every part of the process with care.Here’s how we made it happen:
  • Event management from A to Z: from route planning and timing to branded running outfits.
  • Guestlist curation: a balanced mix of fitness lovers, lifestyle creators and inspiring women who were able to carry the Run Club story forward. We gathered a curated group of creators perfectly aligned with Batiste’s sporty and accessible vibe.
  • On-site content creation: on-the-spot social content that captured the energy of the morning: authentic, spontaneous and unmistakably Batiste.
  • Host selection & briefing: with @janssenscharlotte as the vibrant face and guide of the event.
Every detail was designed with one goal in mind: creating a warm, motivating, community-driven run that perfectly reflects the Batiste spirit.

WHAT MADE THIS EVENT SPECIAL?

  • A community-powered run: participants started together, ran together and finished together. No one ran alone and that sense of unity is what made the Run Club truly stand out. From high-fives to encouraging words, the energy stayed high from beginning to end.
  • Feel-good finishing moments: after the run guests refreshed their hair with Batiste. It was the perfect touch-up after a sporty morning: handy, fresh and the ultimate confidence booster.
  • A host who set the tone: Charlotte brought the ideal blend of fun and focus. Her vibrant energy brought the group closer, both during the run and in the relaxing moments after.
  • Content that captured the vibe: we extended the event onto social, where it truly came to life. Fresh visuals, authentic videos and smiling faces made the Run Club stand out online - it definitely didn’t go unnoticed.

The Batiste Run Club Event wasn’t just another sporty morning. It was a celebration of moving together and feeling good. We brought inspiring women together, let them experience the energy of the group and ended with a refreshing boost, powered by Batiste.This event marks an important step in building a community centered around fun, energy and confidence.
