We’re thrilled to announce a new addition to the Marnix and Ally family: Nel Carlier, our newest Digital Creative. With her impeccable eye for design and a passion for creative direction, Nel is set to bring a fresh perspective to the team and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on board. Nel comes to us with an impressive background: she holds a Master’s degree in Graphic Design, a testament to her deep understanding of aesthetics and visual storytelling. Her mantra, "If it doesn’t look good, it doesn’t work", perfectly encapsulates her approach to design and creativity.

At Marnix and Ally, Nel’s role is as dynamic as her skill set. Together with Justine, she supports our social media efforts — both internally and for our amazing clients. But her work doesn’t stop there. Nel is also involved in branding projects, from crafting logos to designing eye-catching posters for our upcoming events. When we asked Nel why she felt Marnix and Ally was the perfect fit and what inspired her to take a chance without hesitation, her response was as heartfelt as it was inspiring: "The aesthetics and vision of Marnix and Ally align perfectly with who I am and what I stand for. I hope to strengthen the team with my creativity and attention to detail and I look forward to contributing to projects that are both visually and conceptually strong." For Nel, PR and communication are all about how brands visually express their identity. She’s fascinated by the intersection of strong concepts and beautiful design and she’s determined to ensure that every project she touches reflects that belief. Outside of her professional contributions, Nel’s personality shines through her day-to-day routine. From starting her mornings with a cup of coffee and a to-do list to thriving in the ever-changing pace of agency life, she’s adaptable, driven and always ready to tackle new challenges.
