BUILDING SKNLYFROM AN IDEA TO A BRAND WITH A WORLD OF ITS OWN

WHAT DOES SKINCARE LOOK LIKE WHEN IT IS MADE FOR YOUNG SKIN, RATHER THAN BORROWED FROM AN ADULT ROUTINE?

That question sits at the heart of Sknly. Founder Sarah Verkimpe saw how early young people encounter skincare: through social media, elaborate routines and products that are not necessarily made with them in mind. She wanted to create something simpler. A brand that takes their curiosity seriously while keeping care age appropriate and easy to understand. Good skin. No drama. Marnix and Ally has been involved since the early stages of that journey. More than a year ago it all started. Our CEO and strategy lead, An-Katrien Dullers, worked closely with Sarah on the strategic foundations of Sknly: what the brand should stand for, who it speaks to and how it could find its own place in a crowded beauty category. Today, our team helps bring that direction to life across the brand’s communications.

A CLEAR IDEA, BUILT INTO A COMPLETE BRAND WORLD

Sknly starts from a simple belief: young skin does not need a complicated routine or promises of perfection. It needs products that feel good to use, clear guidance and room to have fun. That thinking shapes more than the messaging. It runs through the brand’s visual world, product stories, website copy and the way Sknly shows up on social media. The challenge was to create something young people would want to be part of, while also making its purpose clear to parents. From graphic assets and campaign concepts to content production and copy, our team works across the details that make that world feel consistent. We also develop the brand’s Instagram and TikTok presence, combining an ongoing content approach with regular strategic sessions as Sknly grows.

Familiarity, Credibility & Connection.

BRINGING SKNLY INTO CONVERSATION

Building a brand also means helping the right people discover it. Marnix & Ally leads Sknly’s PR and influencer approach, developing stories for media, identifying relevant creators and planning gifting that lets people experience the products firsthand. The story goes beyond a new skincare line. There is Sarah’s perspective as a founder and mother, the wider conversation about young people’s relationship with beauty, and Sknly’s answer to it: simple care, without pressure or drama. Events and physical experiences are another part of that approach. They give us a way to introduce the products, bring the brand world to life and create real connections with its community.
