One year at MARNIX and ALLY — As told by Ineke Tack

My journey with PR and creative agency MARNIX and ALLY commenced on a cold and wintery day in January 2019. As you can read here, I was over the moon to join this mind-blowing team in their light filled Antwerp office. I felt inspired by their creativity, jolly vibes and client portfolio. A lot has changed over the past year, but many things have remained the same. Time for a little recap!

I was hired to be a pr-executive, meaning I tend to the relationship between a brand and external media partners. It is up to me to get to know our clients as well as possible and to help build their brand and tell their story. My client portfolio consists mostly out of design and interior clients, but I also work for multiple fashion and lifestyle brands. This divergence in clients allows me to get to know people from all over the media spectrum, and offers me a chance to broaden my horizon in terms of knowledge and personal interests.

Thanks to my position here at MARNIX and ALLY, I’ve had the chance to meet more than a handful of inspiring people who have each on their own managed to leave their mark on their respective industries and the world. More highlights consist of meeting and working with the people behind some of my all-time favorite brands, of building meaningful relationships with my colleagues - many of whom have become close friends, and of landing some very cool spots in publications that adorn my coffee table on a regular basis.

All of the above are fond memories that will stay with me for a very long time and I’m all up for making some more. Here’s to a brand new year and another joy filled year at MARNIX and ALLY!
