NEW MEMBER — MEET MARGOT

We’re proud to welcome a brand new member to the MARNIX and ALLY team. Meet Margot: an all-rounder with a curious heart and a background in journalism, fashion PR and influencer marketing. Fun fact: she’s a cat enthusiast even though she’s very allergic to those lovely creatures. Want to find out a little more about her? Here we go!

Hi Margot, could you please introduce yourself and maybe start by telling us a little bit about what you do at MARNIX and ALLY?

“I’m Margot and I’m a senior PR manager at MARNIX and ALLY. This means I’ll be managing the relationship between my MARNIX and ALLY clients and external media partners and relevant influencers.

Why were you drawn to work at MARNIX and ALLY in the first place?

“I’ve known An-Katrien for 7 years and have always been following her work at M&A closely. I’m drawn to their client portfolio because they represent brands that actually have an interesting story to tell and that I want to help spread in my own network. It’s a very personal agency ran by a woman who I look up to. So the choice wasn’t really that hard for me to make when the opportunity came along to join the lovely M & A team ;)

Any hidden talents you’d like to share with us?

“Because I’ve been working in the industry so many years, I became a walking influencer dictionary. I can easily match a lifestyle brand with the right influencer in no time.”

What do you hope that 2020 will bring for you on personal and professional level?

“I want to grow into the job and become more confident in my position as Senior PR Manager. I’d also like to get to know my clients and colleagues better on a personal and professional level, earn their trust in order to grow together.”

Could you describe yourself in five words?

“(Cat) enthusiast, honest, open-minded, funny and the right amount of crazy.
